K. Saravanakumar is the Chairman of MAGTAN GROUP OF COMPANIES and the Founder of the MAGTAN brand. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and began his professional career working with leading multinational companies (MNCs), where he gained strong technical expertise, corporate exposure, and process-driven experience.
His entrepreneurial journey began in 2014, when he was selected under the NEEDS (New Entrepreneur cum Enterprise Development Scheme) introduced by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Through this highly competitive program, he was selected as one among the top 10 candidates across Tamil Nadu, marking the foundation of his entrepreneurial path.
During the early phase of his business career, he was associated with Magadh BPO Services, gaining valuable exposure to ITES and BPO operations. In 2016, he expanded his vision further by establishing MBS Technologies, focusing on technology-driven service delivery and operational excellence.
